Responsibilities
Student Support: Be the go-to person for our students, providing comprehensive support for their academic and personal needs.
Admissions and Enrollment: Guide students through the admissions and enrollment processes, making their start with us smooth and exciting.
Student Records: Keep our student records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all documentation is handled with care.
Communication: Act as a key liaison between students, faculty, and administration, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Problem Resolution: Tackle and resolve student issues and concerns promptly and professionally, always with a focus on positive outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education, counseling, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Student Services role within an RTO or educational institution.
Knowledge: Familiarity with ASQA standards and compliance requirements.
Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
