PAY RANGE: genU Training Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2024 - General Staff Level 2 ($55,209 - $62,955 per annum + 11% superannuation)

genU Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses.
As the Student Recruitment Officer, you'll be the go-to person for anyone interested in genU Training courses or career pathways.
Your main responsibility? To answer calls, field enquiries, and guide potential learners through the process, ultimately driving their conversion to application. It's a crucial role that directly contributes to our national growth objectives.
This position offers a hybrid work model and flexibility to be based in either Geelong or Melbourne. We also welcome discussions with applicants interested in part-time opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service within a high-volume, phone-based setting.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion, or a willingness to complete.
