AddressThe Student Engagement Officer is the first point of contact for prospective student enquiries via The Gordon’s call centre, email, and online enquiries utilising exceptional customer service and sales skills.
This position requires great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain leads via Customer Capture database with a strong sales and conversion focus for inbound and outbound recruitment campaigns.
This role is three days per week and is primarily located at the Geelong City campus.

Salary $66,452 to $72,236 p.a (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
