- $84,516 to $92,899 per annum (HEO6)
- Plus 17% employer superannuation
- Salary packaging options are available
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum,

About the role
The Student Retention Coordinator role involves overseeing a dedicated team responsible for reaching out to specific student groups, offering effective and efficient, targeted support for retention and well-being. Implement tiered escalation strategies outlined in the student support policy. Proactively monitor student engagement with retention and support programs, fine-tuning processes to optimise productivity and efficiency.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree with relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in student support services
- Demonstrated data literacy and the skills to identify, extract and explain data elements.
- Understanding of data capture frameworks, and project documentation
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small team in the delivery of time sensitive projects and the ability to report on the efficiency of team efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Student Services sits within the Student Experience portfolio which includes the Library, Counselling and Psychological Services and Student Grievance.
