The Senior Manager, Student Transition and Retention will work collaboratively across the institution to ensure programs, activities and services are inclusive and accessible to all students, as well as designing cohort-specific strategies to improve retention in identified at-risk cohorts. In addition to fostering program design principles that embrace students as partners, this will also include the development of key structures that also support staff to achieve institution wide impact.
