Beaumont People is delighted to collaborate with the leading vocational education and training provider in Australia. This temporary role positions you in their Tamworth office.
The Role
In this position, you will leverage your customer service and sales expertise in a dynamic and positive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and current students through phone calls (inbound and outbound).
- Address emails and online chat inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- Previous experience in a call or contact centre (preferred).
- Proficient administration skills.
- Ability to gather information from various platforms while effectively communicating with customers.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and lively environment.
- Exceptional computer skills and a rapid typing speed.
- Immediate availability and the capacity to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
