Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare accurate technical quotations for Urban Sales as per customer specification and company guidelines
- Become a subject matter expert for tank connections, installations and technical enquiries relating to water tanks
- Enter complex sales orders in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, LN INFOR
- Ensure retail and reseller sales enquiries (quotes and orders) are actioned within appropriate timeframes
- Share knowledge and provide assistance in a team environment
- Provide assistance to ad hoc requests from the Customer Services Supervisor
- Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
- Develop personal awareness of product compliance obligations
- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About you:
- 2 years+ experience gained in the building, construction or manufacturing industries
- Good understanding and experience at interpreting hydraulic drawings
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Confidence communicating directly with retail and industry customers
- Demonstrated customer first mentality
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
