Beaumont People are thrilled to be collaborating with a local Community College to find their next superstar Student Services Administrator. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in supporting the success and well-being of students.
The Student Services Administrator will be responsible for coordinating a range of Student Services, and ensuring a seamless student experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General administration and adhoc duties
- Email inbox management
- Support students administratively through customer support
- Ensuring workflows remain compliant with contracts
- Data entry and reporting using Learner & Student management systems
- Student Management – such as traineeships and other learning
- Refer new enrolments to the the relevant team for processing
As a successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as Student Services Administrator or experience in a similar role with high level administration skills
- Demonstrated experience across Learner and Student Management systems
- Excellent time management skills and highly organised
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- High-level organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and use initiative within a changing environment.
- Strong compliance background.
