ACIC is looking for a full-time Chinese Speaker – Student Services Officer.
This is a an entry-level position with opportunity for career progression to those who prove themselves. Ideal for university graduates looking to gain local office experience and develop skills in administration and customer services.
Role & Responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact for students/clients and support consultants with customer services.
- Reception based duties including answering phone calls, client greetings, assisting in the smooth running of the front office etc.
- Process high volume of email correspondence including updating records into database
- Assist the marketing team in managing social media and client enquiries
- Ad hoc administrative duties
The Applicant should
- Customer-service orientated;
- Attention to details with consistency and accuracy at work
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in both English and Chinese)
- Good time management, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior office or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Degree holder
- Full time working rights in Australia
