About the person best suited for this role
- 2 yrs of experience working with a CRICOS RTO preferred
- Understanding of efficient vocational placement across multiple course requirements
- High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with students, trainers, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Well-developed computer skills especially in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, Student Management System (aXcelerate), and online learning portal
- To be part of a welcoming, supported, and vibrant campus culture and maintain positive communications with applicants, enrolled students, employers, and other clients
Skills and experience- preferred
- Experience with RTO Compliance, including audit experience
- Current Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements, SRTO standards 2015, CRICOS, ESOS ACT, and National Code 2018. ( desirable)
- Experience within an International College/RTO or Higher Education Provider will be very highly regarded
- High proficiency in use of Axcelerate
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and improving service level of vehicles at workshop
- Demonstrated experience in records management and equipment
- Demonstrated experience with vocational placement management and allocation
- Demonstrated experience in the management and resolution of client complaints
- Experience with compliance and continuous improvement
