Studio Manager

MJD is excited to be working on a unique Studio Management position with a company within the Wellness Industry in the Eastern Suburbs.  The role will oversee the daily operations of the studio, including managing fitness instructing staff and ensuring the upmost client satisfaction.

Check out some of the varied responsibilities you will have in this role:

• Managing the studio in the most efficient way 
• Overseeing maintenance by identifying, reporting, and addressing any defects throughout the studio
• Lead by example, develop clear communication systems and conduct regular performance reviews with actionable outcomes
• Work alongside the Director to develop and execute sales strategies for client acquisition 
• Managing rosters and trainer schedules with guidance from management to ensure the schedule runs smoothly
• Managing client relationships including investigating complaints and initiating corrective action
• Monitor emails, ensuring all emails are replied to in a timely manner or escalated
• Ordering inventory, stock, and equipment required and general studio operations

  
The ideal candidate for this role is one who is comfortable wearing multiple hats when required, thinks quickly on their feet, and holds great attention to detail.

• This role is full time permanent and will require someone who is happy with working flexible hours across mornings, afternoons and different days when required.
