Role:Studio Manager
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Banksmeadow 2019
We are looking for the perfect someone to wrap their arms around everything our small team does and manage the day-to-day in our Banksmeadow studio.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating an exceptional experience for staff and clients alike.
- On-boarding and management of our small team of staff.
- Going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service for our trade customers and Private Label Print clients, on the phone, and electronically.
- Providing quotes and quantity estimates.
- Overseeing the day-to-day of the studio and production floor, ensuring quality at all steps of the process. You will be hands-on in all aspects of the ordering and despatch process (note, a small amount of lifting is required).
- Running meetings, reviewing reports and PA duties for the Director.
- Preparing invoices, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Planning and purchasing.
- Accounts Receivable.

- Experienced working in a creative studio or environment - note, this is an advantage however it is not essential.
