Due to ongoing local and national growth Hames Sharley is seeking an experienced talented Submissions Coordinator to join us in the Queensland Studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work across many sectors and grow professionally at one of Australia’s largest multi-disciplinary practices.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high level business proposals, presentations, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally to the business, including Hame Sharley’s management and operation teams.
- Assist with the maintenance and compilation of the national knowledge library, including all collateral information (CVs, projects sheets etc).
To be successful in this role, you should have the below skills set:
- 5+ years’ experience working as a submission’s coordinator or similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Adobe Suite, (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) as well as a high level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a well-established team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy working environment to achieve a 100% success rate in meeting tight deadlines; and
- Advanced written skills and experience in working in a similar industry/sector would be highly regarded.
