AddressA successful and well regarded Perth based home builder, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Supervisor to join the team, based SOR to work across Coogee.
Established around 20 years ago, they're renown for their client first approach in the residential sector and the amount of repeat and referral work they deliver for clients on a Metro basis.
The Role:
As a Supervisor you will work closely with the management team aswell as:
- Be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Deliver and maintain a quality, active trade bank.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction
- Be able to work independent and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.
- Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.
- IT and computer competency - Clickhome experience an advantage.
- Experience in double storey and unit sites is highly desirable.
