About the RoleYou will be joining a young, vibrant, and social team and will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment on a wide variety of matters.
You must have demonstrated experience in a range of appointments including CVLs, CLs, MVLs, VAs, DOCAs, SBRs, Receiverships and informal appointments. You will conduct investigations into various corporate entities’ affairs, identify and recover assets, conduct legal recovery actions, and oversee the turnaround of businesses as part of your team.
We are looking for an Insolvency Accountant who is an experienced supervisor or manager with:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or business;
- At least 5 years' experience in corporate insolvency accounting;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders in challenging situations;
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships through strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience in leading a team both in person and remotely;
- Good time management and exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter and motivated to take the next career step;
- Member of or currently studying towards becoming a member of CA/CPA/ARITA highly desirable.
