About the Role
The Supervisor Off-line Maintenance manages delivery of contract services ensuring timely maintenance of our offline housing stock in preparedness for Tenancy. This role plays a critical part in delivery of Community Infrastructure’s purpose “Together, our house, your home” Creating quality, cost effective availability of our housing stock. Other accountabilities of this role include managing mould remediation activities and overseeing minor contracts such as pest control and grounds maintenance.
Reporting to the NPI Superintendent Community Infrastructure, the focus of the Supervisor Off-Line Maintenance will include:
- Ensuring Safe Systems of Work are always in place and adhered to across the range of maintenance activities with a continuous improvement focus that prioritises our people’s safety above all else.
- Management of all service contracts associated with property maintenance ensuring Contract Management Framework (CMF) is followed.
- Where Contracts do not exist the Supervisor Off-Line Maintenance is also accountable for ensuring OCETs are in place and vendor partnerships are appropriately managed.
- Development of clear scopes ensuring safe, cost effective and timely turnaround of maintenance to our properties.
- Ensure all costs are understood, validated and within budgeted projections
- Complies with the 1SAP Work Management best practice processes and record keeping.
- Complete routine quality audits for a range of safety, cost and production activities.
- Work collaboratively with our Operations Team to ensure we deliver timely turnaround of properties with aligned quality expectations.
- Develops direct reports to enable succession planning and contributes to extended Team culture through supporting peers and other Team members
About You
In this capacity, we are seeking a candidate with the following skills:
- You have an overriding commitment to health, safety, and environment that is supported by your ability to identify safety risks and continuously reduce risk exposure.
- You have a demonstrated experience and broad knowledge of associated building services to a level where you are able to lead continuous improvement
- Continuous Improvement Mindset. You are bold in your approach to improve our business day to day. You enjoy using both data and liaising with key stakeholders to support continuous improvement decisions and initiatives that reduce risk and cost while increasing productivity.
- Excellent knowledge of 1 SAP and Fiori proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel
- Drivers License: Current Drivers License (C Class)
