The Role:

Whether you’re an experienced food and beverage attendant or looking to start your career in Hospitality, we offer full training and career progression for the right staff members.
Position: Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the pub.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise staff performance, providing feedback, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of service.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the pub, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- A valid RSA and RCG certificate
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Position: Food & Beverage Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, counters, and workstations.
- Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking tasks and assembly of dishes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A valid RSA and RCG certificate or willing to obtain
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
