Based in Salisbury South, as our invaluable Supplier Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on procurement and contractual matters. This role supports the Contracts and Supplier Coordinator and the Finance & Administration Team Lead in a range of administrative support functions.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Establishing and maintaining contract records, including variations; ensuring compliance of Helping Hand’s Home Care division’s guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Escalating any customer issues/problems in a timely manner so they can be resolved.
- Providing administrative support regarding WH&S issues including insurance and induction requirements for suppliers.
- Participating in meetings, workgroups, training and planning and development activities where required.
- Monitoring and reporting performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure contract requirements and legislative requirements are met.
- Investigating opportunities to consolidate suppliers and spending to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business.
- Undertake procurement processes including quoting and purchasing of goods in line with effective procurement outcomes.
- Managing and keeping current all contractor documentation including template contracts.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in administration and similar support functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced communication and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain one
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:
- Experience in aged care or health industries.
- Experience in a relevant area such as Procurement, Contract Management, and/or purchasing.
