Lead Demand Process - Using BY tools and capabilities, as well as other relevant tools and systems, create statistical demand forecast models; review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results. Summarise/aggregate statistical forecasts and provide recommendations for business review and decision making and apply analysis techniques to improve forecasting. Prepare relevant material during Demand Review phase to facilitate research and understanding of customer demand.
Support Supply Planning Process - Provide forecast input to the Supply Planning process as necessary. Continually support efforts to optimize the Supply Planning function and activities.
Support S&OP Process - Provide forecast input to the BY S&OP module and business process. Prepare actual vs forecast to assist monthly forecast review, capture forecast assumptions. Facilitate and lead demand discussion during S&OP meetings.
Product Allocation - Assist in facilitating demand planning with commercial team in order to achieve consensus on tactical and strategic decisions. Work with relevant teams and individuals for product allocation activities as needed.
Reports - Develop demand forecast reports at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons. Maintain demand planning data and reports in JDA; create and publish reports as required.
Reports - Update Goods in Transit/Shipment details in SAP weekly to ensure shipment data flows effectively for the customer service team and supply planner to identify stock out issues as early as possible.
Reports - Create exception report to show any abnormal shipment cost increase and shipment lead time that may impact business sustainability and escalate to Supply Chain Manager
Reports - Maintain landed cost spreadsheet update for any freight cost change, new quarter pricing from affiliates and exchange rate. Regularly update landed cost in SAP whenever there is a price update. Provide cost comparison analysis on products with dual/multiple sources.

Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related discipline preferred. • English fluency, both written and spoken
- 1-3 years' experience in Supply Chain preferred
- Some working knowledge of SAP and BY preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with experience utilizing statistics, metrics, and trends to evaluate and solve business problems. Experience in reporting and measurement systems to track business and financial performance with data accuracy.
- Experience in supply and demand planning, understands supply/demand dynamics
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide, manage, interpret, and analyze detailed demand information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
