The Opportunity
Ramsay Health Care has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Integrated Business Planning Manager, this role will support strategic projects, process improvement and collaborate broadly across the business.
In addition, the Analyst will also hold the following key role accountabilities:
- Monitor inventory levels, analyse demand patterns, optimise stock levels and develop mitigation strategies to meet hospital demand while minimising excess inventory and associated costs
- Measure and analyse KPIs such as spend, forecast accuracy, demand variability and inventory turnover, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present daily & month-end insights to executives and Supply Chain team members
Your Key Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of SAP, TM1, MS Excel, Power BI
- Strong accuracy and keen curiosity with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytics in demand planning, forecasting, preferably in a fast-paced or rapidly changing organisation
- Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable to achieve in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem solving ability and comfortable to work autonomously with guidance.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector
- Project management experience
Qualifications and Accreditations
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Lean, an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics.
