Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.
Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Coordinator is to assist the Supply Chain Manager, with the daily function of running the Aviation Maintenance store. of goods received, dispatched and allocated in the airside storage facility, in Tamworth.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Coordinator role has the following duties:
- Managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility using our inventory system – Aerotrack.
- Safely load/unload delivery vehicles, ensuring deliveries are stored in the correct locations.
- Checking all orders incoming for defects and that they match the delivery documentation.
- Track and follow up on open purchase orders with suppliers.
- Assist with management of repairable components.
- Maintain the Stores environment in a tidy and professional manner.
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders to customers/suppliers as required
- Ensuring and keeping an up to date understanding of parts and items in the warehouse
- Inventory Management
- Invoicing processing, documentation data management.
- Actively promote safe working practices, ensuring safe, active engagement
- Following the ‘’Just Culture’’ protocol
- Actively ensuring adherence to SOPS
- Maintaining a clean storage facility environment
- At least 2-year experience in a similar position
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Willingness to learn, understand and work to Aviation regulations relating to procurement and storage of aircraft parts and materials
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Quality control and inspection of parts
- Computer literacy & Data entry
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Must have SCM knowledge and experience
- Aviation warehouse experience or similar industry
- Current ASIC
- Forklift licence
- ERP/Resourcing planning experience
