About the Opportunity:
Due to an internal project, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team for an 8-month contract. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for:
- Managing all incoming international freight into our third-party logistics provider
- Managing all domestic (Australia and New Zealand) shipments to salons and partners from our third-party logistics provider
- Preparing and submitting daily declarations customs (including dangerous goods)
- Working closely with Vendors to ensure KPI and delivery expectations are delivered on time and within budget requirement
- Preparing, reviewing, and presenting to the Supply Chain Manager the analytics to share performance results
- Support projects and Change Management
- Support the Supply Chain Team with the day-to-day supply chain management
About You:
- Proven experience within a logistics environment
- International freight experience or a solid understanding of freight forwarding deliverables
- Certified or knowledge of Dangerous Goods and logistic compliance regulations
- Proactive solution driven mindset, with customer and stakeholder outcomes a key priority
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, analytics and CRM databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
