Job Description:
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new inventory management system tailored to company needs.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock control.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the inventory system integrates well with existing company systems.
- Provide training to staff on the new system, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the inventory system post-implementation.
- Organise annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain clear and accurate stock records to support efficient operations and decision-making.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain management, logistics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and inventory management.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems, including implementation or significant upgrades, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Has current Forklift License
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects and successfully implementing Supply Chain improvements.
- Technical proficiency in Supply Chain software and systems, with the capability to analyse data and optimise operations for efficiency and cost savings.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience in supervising or collaborating with diverse teams and facilitating training on new systems or processes.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is a significant advantage, facilitating communication with diverse teams and potentially international suppliers or partners.
