Supply Chain Manager, you'll collaborate with production, warehousing, sales, and finance teams to drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee production and distribution of company products and services
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance Supply Chain efficiency
- Ensure precise inventory and cost management both onsite and offsite
- Coordinate EOFY stocktake procedures
- Streamline warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations
- Negotiate and track pricing adjustments with suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team
Selection Criteria- Experience in FMCG Manufacturing, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is valued
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or Business Management
- Familiarity with modern ERP systems
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen focus on accuracy and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Confidence in using own initiative to solve problems
