The OpportunityAn incredible opportunity with a prominent South Australian brand based in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs. Renowned for its commitment to quality in Australian FMCG manufacturing and logistics, this company offers a dynamic environment. As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll collaborate with production, warehousing, sales, and finance teams to drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement management.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production and distribution of company products and services
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance Supply Chain efficiency
• Ensure precise inventory and cost management both onsite and offsite
• Coordinate EOFY stocktake procedures
• Streamline warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations
• Negotiate and track pricing adjustments with suppliers and vendors
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs
• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team

Selection Criteria

• Experience in FMCG Manufacturing, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is valued
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or Business Management
• Familiarity with modern ERP systems
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen focus on accuracy and detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Confidence in using own initiative to solve problems
