With an appetite for driving a best-in-class Supply Chain operation, a fantastic opportunity now presents for a high performing Supply Chain Executive, who is keen to showcase their Planning and broader S&OP skills within an environment that is extremely receptive to driving long term Supply Chain success.
Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to a highly regarded Senior Lead, this role will see you play a key role in developing and maintaining a 12-18 month forecast for a product set of 50 SKU's, and with a mandate to optimise S&OP across the region.
Working closely with international European-based manufacturers, the role involves spearheading a rolling forecasting process, optimizing Supply Chain Operations by implementing best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and effectively communicating with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. You will also manage relationships with outsourced Logistics providers, including 3PL and 4PL, across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. The position also entails managing Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating freight contracts, and ensuring optimal Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) performance. Key to this role will be driving end-to-end Supply Chain visibility across the region.
Qualifications
- E2E Supply Chain experience with a core focus on Planning
- Executive level presence with an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders internationally
- Experience in mitigating Supply Chain risk and driving visibility across an operation
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
