Build your career with us!Job description:THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITYAs the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's Supply Chain and operations. You will lead a dedicated team overseeing critical functions including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution of raw materials and Finished Goods. This role reports directly to the Deputy Vice President - PACIFIC Operations, and importantly you will have their full support in driving positive and lasting change across the business.Key responsibilities will include: Drive health, safety, and wellbeing of the team. Manage demand planning and drive Sales & Operations Planning processes for new and existing products. Ensure Inventory management practices optimize DIFOT and Working Capital requirements. Maintain Supply Chain inventory and records and monitor end-to-end stock movement, by proactively identifying, resolving, and communicating any time critical issues. Proven ability to drive a continuous improvement culture. Strategically manage local and overseas sources of supply with the support of the Deputy Vice President - PACIFIC Operations. Plan and organize the transport and distribution of the company's products and raw materials with optimum efficiency and economy while meeting the needs of internal and external customers. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the Supply Chain. Work proactively and constructively with other parts of the business to continually improve our customer experience. Ensure Supply Chain processes meet legal requirements and standards. Take ownership and drive successful outcomes of individual objectives and development plans. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Business or related field. Proven experience in Supply Chain management, with at least 10 years' experience in manufacturing/ FMCG environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams and individuals. Proven experience in implementing and optimising S&OP process. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work with internal and external stakeholders from different areas of the organisation.
