We are looking for an expereinced Supply Chain Manager to join a national and leading company within the manufacturing space. We are looking for someone with proven experience leading, implementing and developing the Supply Chain strategy. You will be part of the senior management team and will have the ability to provide quality leadership and direction to the Supply Chain team. Key responsibilities - Work with current suppliers in conjunction with the brand and procurement on cost savings and market trends.Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities relating to the sourcing and procurement of materials.Coordinate and direct Supply Chain globallyEnsure minimum disruption to the network through effective Supply Chain management Maintain and review product fault from the database, while reporting daily to ensure sufficient stock coverage Promote all social and environmental responsibility whilst mitigating risks associated with modern slavery and unethical sourcing.Monitor key performance indicators Ensure product quality and service levels provided reflect approved supplier satisfaction and expectations are met Process product support requests Experienced required - Proven experience within Supply Chain manangement role within manufacturing spacePrevious experience in a logistics or procurement role is essential Bachelor's degree in logistics, Supply Chain management or related fields highly regarded.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills is required This role is based on the northern end of the Gold Coast and is starting as soon as possible Don't miss out on this opportunity and APPLY NOW, or for a confidential conversation, please contact sheree sheree.willis@randstad.com.auAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
