Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the export of finished product ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance.
- Maintain compliance with in country and international regulations governing each shipment, receipt and documentation of exported products.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Quality, Intercompany Operations when developing/creating transit handling process improvements.
- Coordinate with international partners, suppliers, and distributors to streamline shipping processes and manage customs regulations.
- Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and resolve any issues related to transportation or delivery.
- Work closely with Customer Services teams to address customer inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Determine opportunities to reduce freight expenditure.
Required education and experience:
Any combination of degree or alternative qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics (desirable)Minimum 5 years Supply Chain and logistics management experience.Extensive ERP systems knowledge Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Fluent English language skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently, adapt and priorities tasks with a Problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry quality standards and regulations is a plus.
