We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and clients.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Located close to public transport
Pay rate $30.10 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person and providing accurate and timely information or assistance.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations or solutions to customers.
- Providing support to the sales team by answering product-related questions, assisting with order processing, and following up on leads or inquiries.
- Proactively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met, anticipating potential issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not limited to
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
