Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly provide management with reports on the performance of the national Supply Chain, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to predict demand, formulate Supply Chain plans, engage in performance discussions, and address operational issues.
Evaluate and update Supply Chain Management guidelines and processes, implementing action plans and improvements to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
Supervise the planning, monitoring, and optimization of inventory levels throughout the organization, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain projects for seamless coordination and execution.
Profile
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to present complex Supply Chain information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient project management skills to coordinate and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain projects.
- Expertise in reviewing and improving Supply Chain management guidelines and processes.
