Supply Officer

Casual and flexible position available for an experience Supply Officer to join Ramsay and work across two of our VIC sites!

About the Role

On offer is a casual position working across two sites, Peninsula Private Hospital and Linacre Private Hospital.

The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospitals.

The successful person will be responsible for picking and packing orders, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospitals.

About You

• To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• You will have a strong team focus and the ability to be flexible with shifts.

You will also demonstrate:

• Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment
• Previous experience in hospital supply desired
• Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)
• Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate of $29.82 + casual loading and superannuation, based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
