We are a highly innovative and fast-growing kitchen manufacturing company. We offer a range of products that can be modified and even have new specifications made for our clients. We now require a Supply Chain Officer to join our long-standing family friendly team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Supply Chain opportunity in the manufacturing industry working for a fast-growing kitchen manufacturing company.

- Operate in a fast-paced warehouse where you will coordinate with and manage relationships with a range of parties to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of all orders of parts, materials, and finished goods.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering & updating ERP system regarding dispatching & procurement.
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email.
- Liaising with the broader operations team, including logistic, production, purchasing and warehouse, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Compiling sales orders and coordinating with freight partners to meet customer requirements for dispatching.
- Checking documents and documents follow up.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes, in particular 5S
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Excellent data analysis capability.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel & Outlook
This position is available for immediate start and provides ongoing training and development. This is a permanent full-time position with great working hours Monday to Thursday 7.30-4pm and Fridays 7.30am -2.00pm.
