Support Analyst Contractor

Your new role:
We are looking for a Support Analyst Contractor to join an exceptional team of IT individuals, in a Brisbane based role to deliver personalised face to face IT support service.

What you will need to succeed:
- Very strong Customer Service skills with a focus on the end-user experience, strong interpersonal skills, people management skills, and a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong technical skills with high level of troubleshooting skills.
- A Continuous Improvement mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and improvements within the team and for our customers
- A good understanding of infrastructure platforms and technologies.
- Strong adherence to standards and processes, methodical with attention to detail.
- Action orientated – responds quickly, the ability to work under pressure, can easily change focus mid-stream.
- Proficient in written, comprehension and oral skills.
- Demonstrated documentation skills relating to design and operational documentation.
- Ability to provide highly competent consultation when required for desktop, mobility or video conferencing technologies
- Ability to perform technical analysis of critical issues.
- Prepared to be flexible with working hours to meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and be adaptable to change.
- Flexibility to travel depending on business demand, interstate travel may be required at times
- Experience working in a first or second level IT support role for a minimum of 2 years (mandatory)
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a strong focus on the customer (mandatory)
- Experience supporting mid to executive level customers (desirable)
- Qualification in Information Technology (mandatory)
