Support Coordinator

Can-Do Albany is a provider of disability support services for children and young adults. Support is funded through an individuals NDIS Plan. We have a full-time position available within our team with the responsibilities of building connections with new parents/caregivers through intake processes that include support planning and scheduling, team member rostering, and the maintaining of contact logs. The role also includes a level of direct client support. The position would suit a person who has experience in building trust relationships with a primary caregiver for a young person so as to enable appropriate support planning and delivery. A working knowledge of the NDIS would be advantageous but not essential. Most team members have, or are working towards, a tertiary level qualification in a relevant field.
