Empowering People In Communities (EPIC) is a not for profit organisation that offers disability support and community services in the Pilbara and Goldfields.
Our aim is to empower clients through a range of services that support many people to live a more connected life through community.

Opportunity:
EPIC are on the search for a Support Coordinator, providing support to the Pilbara region to help manage support services by linking participants with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding to the appropriate services and supports.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting participants to understand their NDIS plan to determine their support and service needs.
- Connecting and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish effective linkages.
- Provide support to service providers around service delivery and achieving outcomes.
- Coordinating and managing participant and stakeholder meetings.
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of client information.
- Demonstrated value of respect for people with a disability.
- A satisfactory Police Clearance obtained in the last three months.
- A valid national “C” class driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in the disability sector is highly desirable.
