We're seeking a passionate champion to drive our organisation to new heights!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with participants, families, guardians, and support providers to deliver tailored services.
- Assessing needs, allocating funds appropriately, and coordinating support services.
- Researching and managing various support options to meet participant goals.
- Crafting clear and comprehensive reports to ensure effective communication.
- Maximizing participant funding for optimal outcomes.

Requirements for the role:
- Fluency in English& Arabic(desirable).
- Valid NDIS Worker Check.
- Previous experience in Support Coordination or working with the NDIS preferred.
- Qualification in Social, Community, or Disability Services highly desired.
- Extensive experience working with people with disabilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills for conducting assessments and interviews.
- Excellent report writing abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for improving participants' lives.
- Adaptability and flexibility in navigating changing environments.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
