What You'll Do: As a Support Coordinator, you'll be a key helper for people, guiding them to achieve their dreams and improve their day-to-day life. You'll get to know each person, help them choose what they want from their NDIS plans, and make sure they get the support they need. You'll stand up for them, making sure they have access to great services and opportunities.
Your Tasks:

- Work with them to figure out their goals and plan the support they need to achieve those goals.
- Keep track of their progress, update reports, and share news with the team.
- Support their well-being by helping with daily tasks, going out, enjoying hobbies, and learning new things.
- Find out what they need to learn more about and help them get into programs that can teach them those skills.
- Work with our adult learning support program, RAW (Reading and Writing), to make sure participants have the help they need to do well.
Who We're Looking For:
- You really want to help people with disabilities live the life they choose.
- You're great at talking to people and building relationships with them and their families.
- You can work well with a team, including your boss and other important people involved.
- You're good at keeping things organized, managing your time, and keeping detailed records.
- You're patient, empathetic, and understand that everyone's needs and challenges are different.
Nice-to-Have:
- No specific qualifications or experience needed – your positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- It's a bonus if you're familiar with NDIS and the disability sector.
