A leading provider of managed services and business transformation operating across a wide variety of businesses and sectors are searching for a motivated and passionate Level 2 team member to join their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day support and operations for clients ensuring premium service levels are maintained, systems are secured, and the client’s compliance requirements are met
- Providing 1st and 2nd level end user support via remote and occasional on site visits
- Demonstrate significant knowledge in troubleshooting across MS stack and other commonly used applications/technologies
- Liaise with vendors and third parties
- Undertake project work and assist with client security and compliance audits
- Provide end user training for new starters and system upgrades, as well as perform desktop, laptop & MDM remedies
- 3years + experience troubleshooting support issues within a MSP environment
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Stack - Please demonstrate knowledge and experience on your resume
- Strong customer service and communication/comprehension skills that can successfully provide support to all levels of end users via email, phone or in person
- A desire and to up-skill and continuously learn all aspects of cloud, security, compliance and infrastructure technologies
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, ownership and accountability to follow all processes within the business
Based in Melbourne, you will be working remotely from your home location with occasional visits to CBD based clients. You will report directly to and be supported by the directors in a highly visible role. Excellent salary package together with full remote access and telecommunication hardware will be provided.
