About the Position
We are looking to welcome an Administration Officer to join and provide broad administrative support to our Support Hub team.
- Permanent full time opportunity.
- Negotiated salary + superannuation + salary sacrifice.
- Milton based role – our office is conveniently located, close to public transport and cafes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Undertake general administrative duties on behalf of Support Hub, including answering the main phone line, coordinating, and monitoring electronic mail and post, ordering office supplies, managing car park bookings, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and CFO.
- Coordinate leadership and Support Hub meetings, events and travel across Act for Kids and its related entities.

About You
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy administration role.
- Strong administrative skills with a proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
