About the role
We are looking for a Support Officer Rural Products to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.
As Support Officer Rural Products, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Providing expert administrative support to the branch, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
Handling, receiving, dispatching and controlling of store stock and inventory management
Providing support in all areas of the sales process as well as assisting with running the office
Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
Performing Rural Products and logistics support
Performing Rural Products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
Assisting in the safe storage of Rural Products
About you
To excel at Elders, you:
Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;
Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients’ current and future needs, the region and our competitors;
Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
Are able to work independently and have good time management skills;
Ideally have some previous sales experience.
Have a driver’s license. A Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
