About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to support our Partners and Business Development Manager with activities across Australia, New Zealand and occasionally SE Asia. As our Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, provide comprehensive administrative support, and contribute to Business Development initiatives. Your positive and proactive approach will help maintain a welcoming and organised office environment, fostering efficiency and productivity.

How you will spend your time:

  • Help plan and organise company events and gatherings.
  • Provide project or financial administration support as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist the Business Development team in developing Business Development and sales processes.
  • Update Hubspot with meeting records, notes, next steps, deals, and client contact details.
  • Research companies to understand their operations, financials, business news, leadership changes, and connections to C-suite members.
  • Assist with general office maintenance, ensuring a clean and organised workplace.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in office management or a related administrative position.
  • Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks within agreed timeframes and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Well-developed communication skills with a natural ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and the ability to utilize various tools and systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Experience or familiarity with Business Development activities is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the procurement industry will be viewed favourably.
  • A positive "can-do" mindset with a proactive "how can I help you" approach

What we offer:

We provide a supportive environment and a suite of benefits designed to enhance both your professional and personal life.

  • Flexible annual leave: We are committed to support our employees’ well-being and work-life balance. With flexible leave policies, we offer 25 days of annual leave, ensuring you have the time to recharge and explore.
  • 15 days for you: Your time, your way. Flexible days you can use for career progression, personal development, business interest, charitable time or important one-off life activities
  • Learning is never ending: Once someone joins us, we believe it is essential to provide an environment in which they can continually develop and expand their capabilities. We run an internal training program and offer opportunities to access external training
  • Team development days: Each year we aim to invest up to 30 days in developing employees and the business. These team sessions are all about training, team bonding, and knowledge sharing
  • Make your day incentive: Use up to $250 to positively impact your team’s day
  • Corporate sponsored monthly, quarterly and end of year team social events: A mixture of fun and charitable work.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to equity, diversity and social inclusion. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people with disabilities to apply.
