What we are looking for
The Support Services Manager (SSM) is operationally responsible for the administrative and support service functions and as such will interact with all departments and staff within the organisation. The SSM is expected to provide leadership to develop a culture that espouses the organisational values, and is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the following Support Services across day-to-day operations:
- Administration Services
- Emergency Management
- Equipment Management
- Health & Safety Committee
- Hotel Services; and
- Maintenance Service.
While this role is full-time, part-time applications may be considered, with the progression to full-time in the future. Remuneration will be within the Grade 6 pay grade level in the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.

What you will need
- Significant experience in facility management
- Experience at a management level in organisational planning, employee relations and change management
- Understanding of AS/NZ 4360 Risk Management, Risk Management Principles and Integrated Risk Management Systems
- Proven strong leadership qualities
- Demonstrated high-level strategic, conceptual and analytical skills
