We’re looking for a Support Services Officer to join the Commercial team within Allianz which is largest distribution channel whose customers include local, national and international brokers, and buying groups throughout Australia. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the operations/ underwriting functions within the division.
You'll be responsible for
Provide processing, administration, and credit control support for tailored and specialty products for Broker and Agency and Dealer House Accounts.
Support operations activity ensuring effective prioritisation and support.
Support procedures which promote adherence to guidelines and compliance requirements.
Support initiatives which deliver greater levels of automation, simplification and optimisation of operations processes improving their effectiveness.
Respond to queries in a customer focused and timely manner ensuring stakeholders and customers receive the outcomes required. Be proactive and drive continuous improvement within the team.
About you
Experience in providing customer services in a similar industry.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
Demonstrated evidence of improving processes.
Demonstrated experience in the execution of initiatives designed to simplify business processes and solutions.
Relationship management capability particularly managing upwards.
Please note this is a Secondment/ Max Term opportunity ending March 2025.
