You will be joining the Contact Centre Team, supporting their clients with inbound SaaS platform enquiries. Full training will be provided in this role and this is the team where top performers are recognised and promoted quickly....
Your responsibilities will be:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Handling high volumes of inbound phone enquiries
- Actioning client requests
- Working to KPIs - call volumes, customer service satisfaction
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Recording details of cases for further escalation
- Prior call centre experience handling high volumes of inbound calls is essential.
- Excellent spoken English with a confident & friendly phone manner
- Proactive and a can-do attitude
- Top time management skills
