The successful candidate will need to have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and overnight shifts.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health (Working towards or willing to obtain);
- Industry experience in Australia, or personal lived experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid certificate
- Current Working with Children Check for paid roles (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police check (or willing to obtain).
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Where required, assist individuals in undertaking a range of activities of daily living including personal and self-care, eating, and maintenance of personal hygiene, using the principles of active support.
- Support individuals to use their preferred method of communication and assist them to be understood, listened to, and responded to at all times.
- Maintain documentation, daily notes, records, and data collection as required, and in accordance with the relevant legislation and Dash policies.
- Interact and communicate with other team members in the interests of service users and of achieving a consistent approach to service provision.
