About the opportunity
This is the perfect opportunity for a Support Worker to showcase their skills. As a Support Worker you will be there to help enhance the lives of the people we support in our SIL home setting.
Flexibility to work AM and PM Supporting Individuals in the Group Homes.
Assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as - Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- COVID Vaccine Certificate
- Exp in Mental Health, challenging behaviours/ autism are essential
- Qualification or Experience in Disability, Aged Care or related field are essential
