The Role: We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals interested in joining our team as Support Workers. This role is pivotal in providing direct, tailored support to our clients, helping them to live their lives to the fullest. Whether it's assistance with daily activities, community participation, or personal development, you will be there to support our clients' needs and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor individual support plans.
- Promote and uphold the dignity, rights, health, and wellbeing of our clients.
- Be adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of those we support.
