Qualifications & experience
- Need a minimum certificate 3 of community services, mental health or disabilityLived experience as a carer is advantageousIf not a carer, a minimum of 1 year experience is requiredSupport Co-ordination experience is desirable but not essentialSkills in sales is desirable but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- •1 to 1 role in taking participants to an appointment•Working as part of a team in a group activities environment in the Gold Coast•Working with a participant during the day in respite in going to activities of interest•Establish rapport and build trusted relationships with clients
