AddressRice&Nori Manly are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef/Roll Maker to join our roster. We are a brand new sushi train located in Manly beach, at Rice&Nori, we take immense pride in delivering the finest and freshest sushi to our valued customers. Our commitment is to provide quality, creativity, and exceptional taste sushi for the local community.
Hours: This role requires flexibility working time including lunch shifts and dinner shifts depending on roster.
What this role involves:
- Providing fast and friendly service
- Prepare hand rolls, sashimi, nigiri in sushi train and also take way
- Adhering to food hygiene and safety practices
- Assisting the broader team as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- One year experience in Sushi or Japanese restaurant( Making sushi roll, nigiri or sashimi)
- Sushi Train experience is preferred
- Food Safety Supervisor or FWHP (can be renewed on the job) are desirable
