This includes both retail and commercial portfolios domestically, as well as international support. The Group Corporate Services Team is responsible for the Bank’s operational emissions. The Sustainability Analyst sits within Commonwealth Bank's Group Corporate Services Sustainability team, reporting to the Senior Manager Sustainability.In this roleYou will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of CBA's environmental strategies to protect and enhance the Group’s reputation.Other responsibilities will include:Providing data insights and recommendations to highlight considerations and opportunities for delivery of environmental strategiesAssisting with projects, including the roll out of CBA’s Scope 3 supply chain strategyAssisting with the compilation of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc internal/external updates and reportingEngagement and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to support delivery of project workWe’re interested in hearing from people who haveAn understanding of sustainability and climate reportingExperience in dealing with large datasets and the ability to identify linkages across data points, make connections to outcomes and detect errors/issuesHigh level of attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsStrong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in PowerBI, Tableau and sustainability software highly regardedTertiary qualifications in data, sustainability, science, engineering or related fieldWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our office.We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.
